Appointment Policy:

  • Clients are required to book their makeup appointments in advance to secure their preferred time slot.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.

  • An authorized debt to collect all balances will be permitted upon booking

  • Please come to the appointment with a clean face to ensure the best results.

  • We kindly ask clients to communicate any specific makeup preferences or allergies before the appointment.

  • To maintain the exclusivity of the environment, we kindly request that guests do not accompany you to your makeup appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Any cancellation must be done before February 1st, 2025.

Late Policy:

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, to ensure you receive the full experience.

  • If you are running late, contact us on Instagram messages @dacarnivalhub.

  • If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited and cancelled. However, our artists may choose to accommodate you at their discretion.

  • Please note that a late fee of $20USD/$55XCD will be applied if you arrive late, and this must be paid upon check-in before services can be rendered.

Refund Policy:

  • Due to this personalized experience we are curating for you, all bookings are non-refundable.
