Appointment Policy:
Clients are required to book their makeup appointments in advance to secure their preferred time slot.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.
An authorized debt to collect all balances will be permitted upon booking
Please come to the appointment with a clean face to ensure the best results.
We kindly ask clients to communicate any specific makeup preferences or allergies before the appointment.
To maintain the exclusivity of the environment, we kindly request that guests do not accompany you to your makeup appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation must be done before February 1st, 2025.
Late Policy:
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, to ensure you receive the full experience.
If you are running late, contact us on Instagram messages @dacarnivalhub.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited and cancelled. However, our artists may choose to accommodate you at their discretion.
Please note that a late fee of $20USD/$55XCD will be applied if you arrive late, and this must be paid upon check-in before services can be rendered.
Refund Policy:
Due to this personalized experience we are curating for you, all bookings are non-refundable.
